Friends of Enemies Album/EP

We have been writing for a couple of months and now it's time to record. We have always tried to rush our process of song making and putting it out there it affected how they turned out. So we took the time, re-wrote parts of our songs and made sure that they had a good flow to them. I am extremely excited to finish our album which may turn into an EP and we will be making them free downloads. So hopefully you people will take the time to listen and share with your friends some epic music created by two brothers in a bedroom! This blog may not be too long, but it is solely to help me let loose the excitment I have in my body. Another thing is that I am still getting used to using the site and any tips on the functionality or to make our page look better will be much appreciated. Signing off DJ C.

Friends of Enemies At Six Flags!

Well there is not much to blog about here other than blogging about the fact I am blogging. I am still trying to figure out how to use the site and what the pros and cons to using it are. Maybe even some tips on how to make it look better and what not. Friends of Enemies, our band, does have some exciting news though. We are going to be playing at Six Flags New Jersey on October 9th, which is a Sunday and we are extremely stoked! So if you are anywhere near the area and have nothing to do, come go see us play live and enjoy the rides. I have yet to go there and I'm pretty sure the experience will be awesome. We are even getting free passes to get on the rides. On top of that we are playing!! Can you tell how excited I and THAT I AM STARTING TO WRITE IN CAPS AND REPEATING THINGS I'VE ALREADY SAID!! Anyways, until then, my brother Jeremy and I are going to be in the recording studio laying down some new tracks and getting our youtube/music career fired up!! Come join us in the journey. Signing off, DJ C.!!

Friends of Enemies Band

Recording is a blast and there really is no limit to what you can do with the right equipment. Our little home studio is comprised of a 10 input firewire interface running into a macbook pro with Logic Pro 9. Videos we shoot are edited with Final Cut Pro X and shot with a Nikon D3100. Hopefully we will be able to get our hands on a better camera. What are your guy's opinions on that? What type of DSLR is best for the price and doesn't break bank? Feel free to comment and we will take it into consideration. Anyways we have daily videos on youtube, mostly vlogs, and occasionally music videos. Feel free to go check them out and subscribe to us if you want.
